Unleash the potential of your competition engine with E95 Ethanol Racing Fuel—a high-octane, oxygenated fuel designed for serious racing applications. With approximately 95% ethanol content, E95 helps provide strong knock resistance, a cooler intake charge, and the performance potential required for high-compression, turbocharged, and supercharged engines.

Ideal for circuit racing, drag racing, rally, drift, and other motorsport applications, E95 allows engines to run increased boost, ignition timing, or compression when correctly calibrated by a professional tuner.

Key Specifications

• Approximately 95% ethanol content

• High octane rating—typically around 105–109 RON, depending on formulation

• High oxygen content for improved combustion potential

• High latent heat of vaporisation for a cooler intake charge

• Lower energy density than petrol, requiring increased fuel flow

• Consistent performance when stored and handled correctly

• Specification may vary—always refer to the product SDS and batch documentation

Performance Advantages

• Excellent resistance to detonation and knock

• Supports higher compression ratios

• Suitable for increased turbocharger or supercharger boost

• Helps reduce intake charge temperatures

• Can support more aggressive ignition timing when professionally calibrated

• Provides strong torque and power potential

• Renewable fuel component with reduced fossil-carbon content compared with conventional petro

• Ideal for dedicated competition engines and motorsport fuel systems

Important Considerations

E95 requires a fuel system and engine calibration specifically designed for high-ethanol fuel. It may require:

• Larger injectors or increased fuel flow capacity

• An ECU calibration specifically matched to E95

• Ethanol-compatible fuel lines, seals, pumps, and tanks

• Careful fuel storage to minimise water absorption

• Additional attention to cold starting and warm-up

• More frequent inspection of fuel-system components

Because ethanol contains less energy per litre than petrol, fuel consumption may increase by approximately 25–35%, depending on the engine, tune, and operating conditions.

E95 is intended for motorsport and competition use. It should not be used in a vehicle unless the manufacturer’s compatibility requirements have been confirmed. Always use appropriate protective equipment, follow the product safety data sheet, and have the engine calibrated by a qualified motorsport tuner.
